Mrisho Mpoto is a east-african poet, actor, director and a story-teller who resides in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. His work includes a great variety within the performing arts, where poetry-recital is his strongest passion, as he seeks to build upon a century old tradition of the oral performance of Swahili Poetry.
